Customer Data Solutions Engineer

In this role, you can use your technical skills to develop scalable data integrations and pipelines for our customers, working closely with Sales, Tech, and Customers. Tasks

• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored data integrations/pipelines
• Provide technical support for customer inquiries regarding integration/function and data
• Work with the development team to implement customer-specific adaptations and translate scalable SaaS features.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on effective use of data solutions
• Keywords: ETL-Pipelines, Rest/GraphQL/grpc/ftp APIs, Apache Airflow, Qdrant, Postgres, LlamaIndex, LLMs, Vector Store, GraphDB, Orchestration, Parallelization

Qualification

• Safe and sovereign handling of customers
• German language necessary for communication
• Min. 2-3 days/week on-site in Bielefeld
