We are looking for direct placement.

Your tasks: You will manage cooperation and insurance contracts in the areas of legal protection and private protection, and process business transactions comprehensively.

You will advise telephonically on offer preparation, review and decide on applications including scoring.

You will take over the policy management of cooperation and insurance applications.

You will communicate written and telephonically with internal and external customers, particularly with board representatives and cooperation partners.

Your skills: You are a merchant for insurance and finance or have completed a commercial education or several years of experience in the insurance industry.

You have product knowledge in the area of legal protection and experience in inbound or outbound telephone sales.

You bring your own ideas and optimize your work processes in the interest of our customers.

You are empathetic, customer-oriented, and lead professional, goal-oriented conversations.

You are interested in new technologies and work safely with MS Office, particularly MS Teams.
