Then join our Vendor Management Team in Leipzig and manage our international After-Sales-Service partners. Shape processes actively and increase quality and customer satisfaction sustainably. Your Tasks

• Structural and technical organization and management of a team of Service-Center Fulfillment partners in the tourism industry outside of Europe for our After-Sales customers
• Development and implementation of strategies to increase service quality and customer satisfaction at our service partners
• Ensuring high After-Sales efficiency and quality based on clearly defined KPIs
• Closely working with colleagues in Vendor Management, Team Leadership, Service Leadership Team, and internal specialist departments
• Coordination and implementation of onboarding and training measures, sometimes also on-site at partners
• Creating and analyzing KPI reports and deriving measures for process and quality improvement
• Steering of accounting data and analyzing monthly performance delivery

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in After-Sales, Vendor Management, or the tourism industry
• Completed education or long-standing experience in a travel agency, travel organizer, or similar provider of tourist products
• Excellent analytical skills and a KPI-oriented work style
• Communication strength, presentation confidence, and a cooperative leadership style
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), tourist search systems (e.g., Bistro), and CRS
• Responsibility, hands-on mentality, and joy in developing teams sustainably
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking
