Since August 2025, PAMONO has been part of Auction Technology Group, based in London, a leading provider of online marketplaces and software solutions for the auction industry.
The Customer Care Representative will report to the Team Lead of Customer Care.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer-related communication via email and phone. You will guide and advise customers on how to use the website and services, and assist with queries about product and shipping services.
Tasks
Handle inbound customer queries via Email and phone (no acquisition)
Focus on DACH and Italian market.
Find both practical and appropriate solutions to customer questions
Assist customers throughout order process
Communicate with dealers across the globe
Coordinate inquiries together with Support Team and other departments such as Content, Trade or Logistics
Update and maintain our CRM database
Collaborate with our sister site Chairish
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Communications, Humanities,
Business Administration, Marketing or relatedStrong proficiency in German and English / Italian / French
or SpanishExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a
passion for communicationAbility to interact with customers from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
Creativity, proactivity and strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic, organized, customer- and solution-oriented
thinkingQuick comprehension of issues and their processing/
resolutionCapability to work independently and in a team
Desirable: experience in online customer support
Experience with Salesforce
