Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• Counseling and support for customers on various questions as well as commissioning and coordination of service providers, both by phone and via email
• Distribution of incoming inquiries to the responsible teams
• Smart automation of existing processes
• Building a knowledge base for recurring questions

Qualification

You bring with you:

• You approach problems creatively and stay on it until you've found the perfect solution
• You enjoy contact with people
• You have a good understanding of numbers
• First experiences with real estate or law are advantageous, but not necessary
• You speak German at a very good level and can communicate securely in English
