You're exactly right at Matera if you want to shape the further development of our care team. Work with us in Berlin's office or flexibly hybrid, full-time. Start immediately or within the next 4 months.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• Counseling and supporting customers on various questions as well as commissioning and coordinating services, both by phone and via email
• Distributing incoming inquiries to the responsible teams
• Smart automation of existing processes
• Building a knowledge base for recurring questions

Qualification

You bring:

• You approach problems creatively and stay on it until you've found the perfect solution
• You enjoy contact with people
• You have a good understanding of numbers
• First experiences with real estate or law are advantageous, but not necessary
• You speak German at C2 level and can communicate confidently in English
