Customer Care Officer

As Customer Care Officer, you are the hub in the optimization of the logistics process. You ensure the smooth follow-up of orders from receipt to delivery, including the coordination with our warehouse team. Your tasks will include: • Processing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat. • Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels. • Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the logistics process. • Collaborating with other departments to optimize the logistics process. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. • Working closely with our warehouse team to ensure a smooth flow of goods and accurate inventory management. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
