Customer Care Expert Working Student:in (m/f/d)

๐ Remote or Berlin | โฑ 20 Hours/Week | Start: immediately | Duration: min. 6 months
As a Customer Care Expert Working Student*in (m/f/d), you are an important part of our Care Team and the first point of contact for our patients. You support our users via chat, email, and phone and ensure that they always feel well looked after and understood at Cara Care.
You will gain exciting insights into how we support our patients, understand their needs, and continuously develop our digital therapy programs.
In doing so, you combine empathy with solution-oriented thinking: You answer questions about our digital therapy programs, assist with technical and content-related issues, and respond individually to user feedback. At the same time, you bring valuable feedback to our team and help to continuously improve our products and processes.
The role is intentionally designed to be very patient- and practice-oriented: You take responsibility for your own tasks, contribute your perspective, and can make a direct contribution to a positive patient experience with your work.
๐ฏ What you will do with us:
Patient Care & Support
- Support via app chat, email, and phone
- Assistance with content and technical questions regarding our digital therapy programs
- Individual and empathetic response to user concerns and feedback
- Development of a detailed understanding of the content of our therapy programs to best support patients
- Ensuring a positive and appreciative patient experience across all communication channels
Patient Experience & Feedback
- You are a central interface between our patients and the Cara Care Team
- Identification of recurring questions, problems, and potential for improvement
- Support in continuously developing internal processes
- Active contribution to a positive team dynamic and the further development of our care processes
Requirements
๐ค What you should bring:
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program
- You have native-level German skills and good to very good English skills (min. B2) in speaking and writing
- Ideally, you already have initial experience in customer care, customer support, or a comparable role
- You have a high affinity for digital products and feel comfortable working with new tools and digital applications
- You approach people with empathy, patience, and joy โ both on the phone and in written communication
- You think and act in a solution-oriented manner and focus on the needs of our patients
- You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
- You enjoy taking responsibility and actively contributing to improving our processes
- You are willing to occasionally support our active users on weekends
Nice-to-Haves:
- Initial practical experience in customer support, customer success, or patient care
- General technical affinity and enjoyment of quickly learning new tools
- Interest in Digital Health, Digital Therapeutics, or Health Technology
- Experience working with various communication or support tools
- Interest in deriving concrete improvements for products and processes from patient feedback
