Customer Care Executive

Our Perth team has an exciting opportunity available for an organised, efficient and dedicated Customer Care Executive to join them in a permanent full-time role. Your extraordinary skills will be used for the day-to-day phone based management of our business customers. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to enhance customer relationships, nurture the existing portfolio, grow and sustain the business service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues, and identifying opportunities to grow and develop the business.
