Customer Care & Claims Agent Netherlands (m/f/d)

These tasks await you

• You are the first point of contact for our customers:in and partners in the Netherlands. You receive inquiries by phone and email, document them properly, and ideally resolve them on the first contact.
• You independently handle new claims and proactively keep track of them so that nothing gets left behind.
• Availability and service level are not a coincidence for you, but the result of your self-directed way of working.
• You ensure that our customers:in and partners can always understand how and why we make decisions.
• Our CRM (Hubspot) and our self-built contract management system are in good hands with you; you actively use and maintain both.
• Together with our Operations team, you continuously refine our processes to make things run more smoothly for customers:in, partners, and us internally.

What you bring with you

• Dutch is your native language, and you speak English fluently. German is a nice extra, but not a must.
• You have experience in customer service, customer support, or a service center, and ideally have worked in the insurance industry before.
• Customer orientation, decisiveness, and assertiveness are not foreign words to you, and you are excellent at communicating.
• You are simply a friendly, open person who enjoys talking, writing, and chatting with customers:in.
• Advantageous: You have already worked in a B2B environment, are interested in our products, are tech-savvy, and naturally use AI tools to work more efficiently.
