As a Customer Care & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d) at Deutsche Hörakustik, you will support our team behind the scenes and ensure that our mobile hearing aid service runs smoothly – thus making a significant contribution to our shared success.

Tasks

🚀 Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the creation, review, and processing of invoices with health insurance companies and payers.

• You will handle communication with health insurance companies and independently resolve open cases.

• You will maintain master data and ensure clean, traceable documentation in our systems.

• You will actively contribute to further improving our backoffice and billing processes.

Qualifications

🎯 What you bring with you:

• You work in a structured manner, think in terms of solutions, and can keep an overview even when dealing with many topics simultaneously.
• Numbers don't scare you – you have a good feel for data, details, and interrelationships.
• You are proficient in using digital tools (e.g., Google Suite, MS Office) and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• You work independently, take responsibility, and are also a true team player.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or in dealing with health insurance companies is a plus – but not a requirement.
