**Profile** Adecco Italia SpA Mestre branch is looking for, for an outsourcing company, Customer Service and Back-Office Employees for inbound call management in the insurance sector. **Responsibilities** The resources will be responsible for telephone assistance related to insurance policy coverage and booking appointments and examinations for insured customers covered by affiliated funds. **Skills and Professionalism** * Excellent computer skills; * Flexible working hours; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills; * Problem-solving aptitude. **Additional Information** Participation in a 56-hour comprehensive in-person professional training course is required, in Marcon, from September 7th to September 15th. Expected start date: September 16th. Upon successful completion of the training course, a part-time (20 hours per week) fixed-term temporary contract of 2 months with the possibility of extension will be offered. The work will be organized in shifts of 4 hours per day, within the following time frames: * Between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday; * Between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Salary: CCNL Telecommunications, 2nd level (8.79802 gross/hour; 1500€ gross/month, to be adjusted). Annual Gross Salary Range: €9,000 - €11,000. Are you interested?
