Your tasks: You will be the first point of contact for customers and care for them friendly and competently by phone, email, WhatsApp or webchat. You will help with questions about products and represent the company with your sympathetic demeanor. You will take care of the commercial processing of sales promotions, orders, and administrative tasks. The maintenance of the inventory management and CRM system is part of your daily business. You will work closely with other departments such as sales, technology or logistics. Depending on your strengths, you will take on projects or additional tasks together with department leadership. Your profile: A completed education with a commercial focus (e.g. industrial clerk, office manager) - preferably also with a medical or technical background. Ideally, you have already gained experience in sales or customer service - but also lateral entrants are warmly welcome. You love human contact and have a good sense for different customer needs. Reliability and accuracy are self-evident to you. You are a team player, work independently and bring a positive attitude with you. MS Office knowledge desirable. Fluent German knowledge.
