🎯 MISSION

  • Manage the most complex requests related to sales,

  • Build customer loyalty (internet users) by offering relevant and personalized responses,

  • Seek the most suitable solutions for customer requests, collaborating closely with various internal departments and partner brands,

  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.


    • 👉MUST HAVE skills

  • With a minimum education of a high school diploma, you have experience in customer service (ideally in complaint management) which has allowed you to develop a genuine vocation for service and customer satisfaction orientation.

  • You bring initiatives for problem-solving and possess a great ability to mediate situations and make decisions.

  • You are a meticulous person, with excellent writing skills, perfect command of spelling, and ease in telephone communication.

  • Spanish as a native language and you are fluent in English and French.

  • Spanish Level: native language.
