Your new function
As a Customer Care Advisor, you are the first person customers rely on.
You listen, think along and help them with clear info and concrete solutions.
You build connections easily and feel perfectly what someone needs.
Your job in a nutshell:

• Helping customers via phone, email, chat and video.
• Providing clear and warm advice.
• Noticing and naming commercial opportunities.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience—every time.
• Collaborating with your team to take the service to the next level.

Your profile

• You have obtained a bachelor's degree.
• You are extroverted, socially strong and enjoy customer contact.
• You communicate clearly and empathetically.
• You have commercial flair and dare to name opportunities.
• You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French.
• You feel comfortable working by phone.
• You are flexible between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Interest in insurance? Definitely a plus—experience is not required.
