The role You will join our knowledgeable and experienced service team as a Customer Call Centre / Service Dispatcher. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email and face-to-face interactions. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You will also be required to dispatch service technicians to customer sites in a timely manner, ensuring that all service requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service requests, and provide regular updates to our customers on the status of their requests.
