Customer Advisor/Telephonist (m/w/d) We are looking for you as a Customer Advisor/Telephonist! - Also work from home! Full-time and part-time from 25 hours/week. The work from home is possible after an induction period of about 3 to 6 months Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00 hours Saturday (1-2 times monthly voluntarily) 10:00-14:00 hours Your tasks: You contact private customers actively, to arrange appointments for consultation meetings You process returns and support the internal team with administrative tasks
