Your tasks:

You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries in our shops on site.

You will advise interested parties individually and tailored to their needs in the areas of internet, telephone, and TV.

You will take over as a member of our sales team the processing of telephone and written customer inquiries.

You enjoy customer contact and bring relevant experience in customer consulting.

You are communicative, reliable, and result-oriented.

You have secure German language skills (multilingualism is an advantage).

You possess a high level of self-initiative, a structured work style, and a confident demeanor.

You are flexible, resilient, and enjoy working in a team.
