Your tasks:

• Professional phone support for customers (incoming calls) - providing information about services and products.
• Quick and effective problem-solving for customers, including technical advice.
• Comprehensive assistance in invoicing and active service matters.
• Promoting current offers and conducting sales conversations that really make a difference.

Ideal candidate:

• Communicative and open to new challenges. Do you have the gift of conversation and can build positive relationships? This is the job for you!
• Organized and engaged. You're willing to learn new things and like to act with energy.
• Familiar with computer operation. You know how to navigate applications and systems.
• Ready to work in a changing system, including weekends.

• Flexible working hours: Work after 8 pm daily in a changing system (2 shifts for the first 2 months, then a 3-shift system). The schedule also includes weekends (2 are free per month)
