Support of the entire order processing for industrial gas turbines, modules, and parts. Coordination of order parameters with customers and internal departments. Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and contract specifications. Commercial responsibility for orders and maintenance contracts. Creation of cost estimates and invoices. Project controlling and identification of optimization potentials. Claims management in close cooperation with Finance and Sales. Central point of contact for technical and commercial customer inquiries. Creation of status reports, conducting customer calls, and organizing customer visits. Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification. Sound technical and commercial understanding. Relevant professional experience in a technical or industrial environment. Experience in project management. Good SAP knowledge and confident use of Excel. Strong communication and customer orientation. Fluent English language skills. High self-responsibility as well as structured and goal-oriented way of working.
