Curriculum Segment Head (Maths Sec JC)

Purpose of job: The Curriculum Segment Head is responsible for leading, and contributing to, a team of curriculum specialists and graphic designers, in the design, development and production of curriculum for Secondary and Junior College (Maths). The Segment Head ensures that TLL maintains a high-quality market-competitive range of product and services in the academic enrichment business arena. A leadership role in curriculum development comprises a spectrum of responsibilities from the initial conception to the final production of curriculum materials. This includes, but is not limited to: developing and implementing curriculum frameworks; designing and delivering training programs for teachers; collaborating with subject matter experts to develop learning resources; ensuring alignment with national and international standards; and maintaining quality control throughout the development process. The Segment Head will also be responsible for managing a team of curriculum specialists and graphic designers, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition, the Segment Head will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of curriculum materials into TLL's overall product offerings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a strong background in mathematics education.
