ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Curriculum Lead, you’ll contribute subject matter expertise to develop and maintain high-quality, relevant learning content and assessments for the CA Program and related offerings. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and a strong member experience, while aligning content with the evolving needs of the accounting profession.
Key responsibilities:
Design and develop learning materials and assessments that are technically accurate, authentic, and aligned to learning outcomes
Engage and manage subject matter experts and technical reviewers to deliver curriculum projects
Innovate and transform the learner experience using leading educational practices and digital tools
Maintain relationships with CA members, industry groups, universities, and government bodies to ensure content reflects emerging needs
Influence and advocate for best practice in learning design and assessment across teams
ABOUT YOU
Extensive professional experience in accounting
Experience in learning and development in a corporate or higher education setting
Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated expertise in management accounting is strongly preferred; candidates with deep expertise in sustainability or Australian taxation will also be highly regarded
CA or member of a GAA body, with a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business or relevant discipline
Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and passion for the future of accounting
