You work closely with other professionals, such as social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to provide comprehensive support to these individuals. Your expertise in curating is essential in this role, as you must be able to assess the needs of each individual and develop a personalized plan to meet those needs. You are also responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on your activities and outcomes.
