N° 0001 del 21/01/2019), Filiale di Napoli, is seeking a figure of CUOCO/A DESCRIPTION JOB RESPONSIBILITIES For insertion in a cooking center, we are looking for a Cook/a with proven experience in the sector. The resource, with the support of the assistant cook/a, will have the responsibility to prepare the dishes that make up the daily menu and the booking of orders. A crucial aspect of the role is attention to respect for company procedures for food hygiene and workplace safety. REQUIREMENTS The resource must - Preparation, cooking, and distribution of meals in accordance with the planned menu and nutritional needs - Order management and warehouse management - Autonomous management of the kitchen and coordination of daily activities - Quality control of raw materials and monitoring of correct conservation methods - Cleaning and sanitizing of work environments according to current sanitary regulations (HACCP) If you are the right person if you have: - Consolidated experience in the role of cook/cook; - Specific experience in the sector of collective catering; - Autonomy in organizing work, ability to manage production, and attention to hygiene-sanitary standards; - Good teamwork skills and adaptability; - Reliability, punctuality, and orientation towards service quality. Preferred title: - HACCP certification currently valid. - Certification for fire training (at least low/medium risk) - First aid certificate. WORKPLACE PONTECAGNANO FAIANO (SA) WORKING HOURS from MON to FRI from 06:00 to 14:00 / Saturday on shifts from 08:00 – 12:00 or from 12:00 to 16:00.
