Job description
We are looking for a Head Chef to join our hotel's kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring high-quality standards, as well as respecting internal procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing dishes, supporting menu definition and mise en place, coordinating with the kitchen team, and applying HACCP norms. Requirements: experience as a Head Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting, excellent cooking techniques, teamwork skills, stress management, and English language knowledge (preferable).
