Sous Chef - HNH Group

The Crowne Plaza Padova, a modern structure located near the exit of the Padua West highway and part of the HNH Hospitality group, is seeking a Sous Chef to be inserted within the kitchen brigade. What you will be responsible for: - Preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring respect for quality standards. - Overseeing the entire cooking process, organizing work groups and assigning tasks. - Collaborating closely with the Chef and kitchen brigade, coordinating timing and synchronizing preparations. - Ensuring the efficiency of all kitchen operations, maintaining high-quality service. Who we are looking for: Flexible and polyvalent individuals in their role, able to handle all courses from appetizers to main courses; creative, passionate people who share values of hospitality and accuracy in service. The ideal candidate has gained experience at hotel structures, possesses manual skills and aesthetic taste, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. High relational skills and orientation towards the guest, attitude to work in a team, attention to details complete the profile.
