Position 1 - Lead Cook for Lunch (Day Shift) Hours: 09:00 - 15:30 Net Salary: approximately €1,400 per month Day off: Monday Position 2 - Lead Cook for Dinner (Evening Shift) Hours: 18:00 - 23:00 Net Salary: approximately €1,500 per month Days off: Monday (full day) and Tuesday for dinner Essential Requirements Proven experience as a cook in restaurants or canteens Autonomy in kitchen management, line preparation, and time adherence Residence in Valle Martella or surrounding areas (e.g., Zagarolo, San Cesareo, Gallicano, Rome East) Immediate availability Contractual Conditions Permanent contract, full-time Indicative gross annual salary: €24,000 The establishment closes from August 9th to September; selected candidates will start immediately and continue upon reopening.
