We are Pollo&Friends, a unique reality in the FOOD-RETAIL sector, and we are looking for an enterprising person as a Cook. You will be responsible for the preparation of our Pollo&Friends products, respecting our Recipe Book. Specifically, you will take care of:
**ACTIVITIES**: - Cooking in a WOODEN ROTISSERIE OVEN and convection oven
- managing orders daily and the relationship with suppliers in collaboration with your manager
- ensuring the preparation and setup of the line
- ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the workspaces
- controlling and managing the warehouse
- developing the recipe book respecting Pollo&Friends guidelines
- collaborating in sales activities **REQUIREMENTS**: - knowledge of techniques for preserving, processing, and transforming raw materials
- clean and tidy appearance
- knowledge of HACCP regulations
- flexibility and dynamism
- speed in managing production
- leadership, self-control, and collaboration
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, POS etc.) **The profile is completed by**: Excellent communication skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities. 3/4 years of experience in the desired role.
