CUOCO

Orienta Healthcare, a specialized division for research and selection, supply and management of personnel in the public and private healthcare and social assistance sectors, is searching for a CUOCO at an important Health Structure in Gorlago. The tasks that the CUOCO will perform are as follows: · starting various equipment (boilers, bath carts, cooking utensils, ovens) · verifying daily menus and diet/meal plans · processing raw vegetables (peeling, cutting, and portioning according to required weights) · weighing and cooking main courses, including special diets (no stainless steel, no gluten, ketogenic, various allergies) · packaging main courses in patient trays and distributing evening meals to staff. Staff dining room · cleaning equipment, furniture, and kitchen areas. Requirements: - previous experience in the role (not necessarily in a healthcare setting) - professional diploma/qualification as a cook or similar - immediate availability. Offered contract for temporary supply with concrete possibility of direct hiring. Location: Gorlago (BG). Schedule: Monday-Sunday, on two shifts with breaks.
