Here every detail is designed for exclusive events, meetings, and company dinners with refined cuisine. The role of Head Cook is central, with responsibilities ranging from the preparation of appetizers, first courses, and main courses – both meat and fish – to the autonomous management of your own station and maximum attention to cleanliness. Skills in cold dishes, dessert preparation, and kitchen order management will be needed. Experience counts: at least 2-3 years in the role are required, gained in 4-star hotels or restaurants of equal standing, and familiarity with Ligurian cuisine.
