STAFF S.p.A. – Agency for Employment, Rome Eur branch, is seeking on behalf of a client company:

CUOCH/A qualified to join the team for preparing meals within military barracks (number of meals: 10-50) Reference areas: Tuscolana/Appia, Ostiense/EUR, Prati/Montemario, Nomentana/Tor Sapienza

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a chef/a, preferably in canteens or collectivities
• Good management skills for the kitchen and supplies
• Ability to work in a team and under stress
• Availability to work on split shifts (morning and afternoon)
• Seriousness, punctuality, and reliability

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing meals according to the established menu and respecting sanitary regulations
• Managing and cleaning the kitchen and tools
• Controlling raw materials and reporting on needs for replenishment
• Collaborating with dining staff and structure representatives
• Respecting quality and quantity standards required by the client
