Auxiliar nas atividades da área de Alimentos e Bebidas, serving drinks, cleaning the tables and transporting orders from the bar to the Waiter, in various sales points (restaurant, bar, room service, events etc.).
• Clean the tables and transport orders in various sales points (restaurant, bar, events etc.).
• Take care of the organization and sanitation of materials to be used.
• Prepare the mise-en-place of sales points.
• Present the bill and receive payments from customers when necessary.
• Assist with buffet replenishment.
• Assist with setting up and stocking event rooms, as well as food and beverage services, such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktails, when necessary.
• Enter orders into the system, close accounts, and issue corresponding invoices when necessary.
• Apply the processes and procedures of the “Auto Controle” area;
• Apply good practices of food safety relevant to the area;
• Execute other correlated tasks as needed according to the area’s needs.
