The successful candidate will work on defining required cultural behaviors, implement strategic change initiatives, and measure outcomes to ensure alignment with Micron's vision. A strong background in organizational development and change management is essential. The ideal candidate should have experience in AI-driven change leadership, data analytics, and digital transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's culture, values, and operating model. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement cultural transformation strategies that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred. At least 8 years of experience in organizational development, change management, and talent solutions is required.
