Culture & Internal Communications Intern

In Ruhrpumpen we are looking for a Culture & Internal Communications Intern to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal communication initiatives and organizational culture, contributing to a positive experience for our collaborators.

What will you do?

• Support internal communication campaigns and cultural initiatives.

• Write and adapt messages in Spanish and English for different audiences.

• Design visual materials (presentations, newsletters, banners, infographics).

• Provide support to culture, leadership, and performance communication programs.

• Schedule internal events.

• Track basic metrics and communication reports.

Profile we are looking for:

• Students in their final semesters or recent graduates of Communication, Organizational Communication, RP, or related fields.

• Advanced English (oral and written).

• Management of design tools (Canva, Illustrator, or similar) and PowerPoint.

• Intermediate Excel (simple tracking and reporting).

• A person organized, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.

Duration: Ideally 12 months (negotiable).
