Job Information Work Experience 5 years SGD 5500 - SGD 6000 City Singapore State/Province Central Singapore 079903 Job Description Objectives of the position: To drive and embed the One Company culture across APAC by translating global culture and change frameworks into practical, locally relevant initiatives. The role partners closely with Global Culture & Change, APAC HRBPs, and business leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors, collaboration, and performance during transformation and integration efforts. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive APAC cultural strategy aligned to the company's overall vision and values; Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver cultural initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and diversity; Providing coaching and guidance to HRBPs and business leaders on cultural best practices and change management principles; Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across APAC to ensure effective communication and collaboration; Identifying and addressing cultural gaps and barriers to integration; Developing and tracking metrics to measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives; Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on cultural trends, challenges, and opportunities. The role requires a high degree of cultural intelligence, business acumen, and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
