Description of the post Description of the company In the framework of regular temporary missions that will be proposed to you among our clients, upscale hotels and high-end restaurants located in the Lausanne region and on the Lémanic Arc, we are actively seeking several Cuisiniers / Chefs de partie (H/F) In the framework of regular temporary missions among hotels and restaurants Description of the post According to the missions that will be proposed to you, your main tasks will be: • To prepare and cook meals according to the recipes and menus provided; • To ensure the quality of the dishes served; • To maintain a clean and organized kitchen; • To work in a team with other chefs and kitchen staff; • To follow the instructions given by the head chef or the restaurant manager. Requirements: • Professional experience as a Cuisinier / Chef de partie (H/F); • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Good communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
