YOUR MISSIONS: Within a multidisciplinary team, you and your brigade contribute to the well-being of our 100 residents - Assist the Head Chef and the Sous Chef in all tasks to offer high-end menus, blending flavors and providing immediate pleasure to our clients: our residents and their families. - Apply current hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP), - Participate in the maintenance of the kitchen and adjacent premises. - Ensure daily preparation, plating dishes, or dishwashing according to the Head Chef's needs.
