The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was renovated and transformed in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the very center of Winterthur, directly at the SBB train station. It has 98 residential apartments in the residence building and a care service with 21 individual rooms, as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
