You will form part of a key team in daily operations, organizing, preparing and supervising a specific shift in the kitchen, ensuring quality, presentation and service time for dishes. Your main functions will be: • Prepare, elaborate and present the dishes of the shift. • Ensure compliance with recipes and menus. • Supervise and coordinate the work of other cooks. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. • Participate in the development of new recipes and menus. • Collaborate with the head chef to plan and organize meals. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the head chef or management.
