CTO

We're looking for a CTO for a new startup that is geared towards talent analytics. This individual will have a strong technical skill set in application development, and the right mind set to be able to work in a dynamic startup environment. We use open source technologies and our intent is to build out a fully baked mobile capability over the next several months. This product will house a number of algorithms and sophisticated analytics, so relevant experience in this space (academic or professional) would be beneficial. The ideal candidate should have expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or Ruby, with proficiency in data structures, object-oriented design, and software development life cycles. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
