CTO / Co-Founder & Senior Backend Architect – Startup in the Creator Economy

We are a rapidly expanding technology startup developing an integrated platform (CRM, Data Analytics, and AI Matching) dedicated to agencies in the Live Streaming & Creator Economy industry.

We have an already 100% validated market, supported by a strategic investor, with over 50 content creators ready to adopt the V1/Pre-Alpha version. The project benefits from estimated recurring revenues of over €35,000 / month immediately after the launch of the first version, eliminating the biggest risk for a startup: lack of clients.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CTO / Senior Backend Architect to fully take over the backend architecture, infrastructure, and system security.

You will be the absolute decision-maker for everything concerning "heavy backend" and infrastructure, with the freedom to choose the optimal technological stack for fast and scalable delivery.

• Real-Time Data Pipelines: Designing data flows (Webhooks, WebSockets, API integrations) for collecting and standardizing live metrics from streams (micro-transactions, chat interactions, viewing time).
• Architecture & Scalability: Creating a robust infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of concurrent actions per second without latency or data loss.
• Database Design: Structuring an enterprise-level database for high-volume logs, user profiles, and financial analytics.
• Security & Encryption: Implementing security standards to protect financial data and internal performance data.

• Senior / Lead Expertise: Proven experience in Backend Architecture, Data Engineering, and distributed systems (preferably 8-10+ years of experience or large-scale enterprise projects).
• Event-Driven Architectures: Deep knowledge in database management (SQL / NoSQL) and real-time data processing.
• Pragmatism & Speed: Ability to prioritize critical functionalities for launching a robust MVP/V1 in 6-8 weeks, without over-engineering.
• Founder Mindset: Business result orientation, autonomy, and ownership of technical decisions.

• Company Equity: Between 20% and 30% (direct Co-Founder position).
• Pre-Launch Fixed Income:€1,000 – €2,000 NET / month (part-time basis / ultra-flexible schedule, easy to manage outside your current hours).
• Post-Launch Salary Guarantee: Immediate salary adjustment to the upper market level, upon V1 launch (supported by already contracted revenues of €35,000+ MRR).
• Total Autonomy: We fully cover the frontend (modern interfaces), business logic, AI models, design, and client relations. You master the backend.
