Players For Good combines Sport, Community and social Engagement. We believe in the power of stories to move people – in the truest sense of the word.

We are still at the beginning technically and are looking for someone who not only writes code, but shapes our technological vision as CTO/Lead.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Technology Leadership: You are responsible for selecting and expanding our tech stack.
• Hands-on Development: You participate in the development of our app, website, and support existing digital tools and infrastructure.
• Strategy: You advise the founding team on all technical matters and plan the scaling of our digital offerings.

Qualification

Your Profile

• You are a maker who finds solutions and works independently.
• Knowledge in JavaScript, Flutter or Python is a big plus, but we are open to your expertise.
• You have genuine interest in using technology to make life better for other people, implementing charitable projects, and creating social added value.
• You understand yourself as part of the extended founding team and bring yourself voluntarily with 2-3 hours per week flexibly into our team, to grow with us.
• Eigeninitiative, Reliability and willingness to try new things.
• Good German and English skills.
