CTA / Laborant (m/w/d) for the Chempark Leverkusen

We are looking for a responsible Chemical Technical Assistant / Chemielaboranten (m/w/d) in shift work for our customer on the Chempark Leverkusen and for our dynamic team of skilled workers.

Tasks

• Preliminary preparation, execution, calculation, and evaluation of routine analyses on different fields using common equipment (including data processing devices)
• Representation of chemical compounds
• Testing of samples and/or product parts according to individual instructions, calculation, and execution of series tests and sequence investigations using common methods on different fields
• Preliminary preparation, calculation, execution, and evaluation of application-oriented experiments in the laboratory and technical center (e.g. test bodies)
• Verification of measuring instruments for functionality as well as maintenance of laboratory equipment and processing of fault diagnoses and calibration of measurement instruments
• Preliminary preparation and execution of routine analyses (in-process, raw materials, end products including specification comparison, release/spare)

Qualification

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant/laborant (m/w/d) or chemical technical assistant (m/w/d) with 3-year training
• First specific experience in the area of labor and quality control
• Familiarity with common safety regulations in the laboratory and knowledge on proper handling of chemicals
• SAP knowledge (data input in SAP)
• Very good German and good English skills
