CSV and Automation

We are currently looking for an expert in CSV and Automation.

You will be responsible for:

• Design, development, and integration of automation solutions for computer systems.

• Project management related to standardizing APIs and migrating human-machine interfaces (IHM).

• High-speed data analysis in a bioinformatics environment, with expertise in data visualization.

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to implement technical solutions adapted to client needs.

• Contribution to the implementation and monitoring of SCADA systems and GMP processes.

• Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of developed solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specialization in Automation and Embedded Systems or equivalent.

• Additional diploma in Bioinformatics is an asset.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in automation, bioinformatics, or software engineering.

• Mastery of languages Python, Bash, and R for data analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI, and GMP standards.

• Experience with computer management tools like SAP and office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, and initiative.

• Mastery of English.

• Interest in life sciences and automation projects.
