A fantastic chance is available for a passionate and suitably skilled applicant to join the perioperative leadership team as a CSSD Manager at a private hospital in Sydney. It is a permanent full-time position.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES As CSSD Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Attending to the operational management of the current CSSD Department within the Perioperative Services area;
- Acting as an advocate for our Quality Management System and promoting a safe work environment;
- Supporting your team to achieve a streamlined operational management;
- Meeting relevant standards and best practices consistent with the CSSD specialty area.
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience working in a senior role within a CSSD environment;
- Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation held from an accredited provider;
- Australian Work Rights;
- Sound knowledge of accreditation standards ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 Standards and HICMR;
- Demonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Intermediate computer literacy skills - including MS Office and various databases;
- An interest in promoting best practice patient care;
- A focus on professional development.
