Crypto Payments Specialist

Job description

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Process and execute clients’ crypto transactions, including fiat-to-crypto conversions and transfers, in coordination with compliance, reconciliation, and payment teams.
Manage end-to-end cryptocurrency operations for internal and related entities
Work closely with crypto liquidity providers, exchanges, and trading platforms.
Mitigate currency risks using hedging tools and platforms.
Support cross-team investigations together with compliance, legal, and security.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry for effective financial tracking.
Monitor and ensure required liquidity levels daily.
Recommend improvements to risk controls and transaction monitoring processes.
Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

2+ years of proven experience in crypto transaction execution or a similar role within the financial or cryptocurrency industry;
In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and various cryptocurrencies (would be an advantage);
Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations and best practices (would be an advantage);
Analytical and investigative skills, with high attention to detail;
Excellent time management skills;
High sense of personal accountability;
Fluency in English and Russian.
