What we expect from a croupier M/F at JOA is: - Prepare their table and game material with care - Welcome our customers to the table with a smile and enthusiasm - Democratize access to table games, explaining the rules to customers if necessary - Animate the games with friendliness, ease, and dexterity - Guarantee good relations between players - Know how to prevent situations of problem gambling
