We are transforming from a world-renowned single destination into a diverse hospitality group ( Blue Lagoon Group ) with a portfolio that spans luxury hotels, Michelin-starred dining, skincare, and adventure tourism in the Highlands. We are building a Digital Growth Team —a specialized unit operating within the group to drive growth via digital channels. We combine data, technology, and creativity to maximize both business value and customer experience. Our goal is to create a seamless journey for our guests across all touchpoints, from booking to post-stay evaluation. This requires us to be agile, innovative, and customer-centric in our approach. The Digital Growth Team will focus on developing and implementing digital strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance the overall guest experience. We are looking for a talented Cro & Web Editor who can help us achieve these goals.
