CRO Specialist

Job Description Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimizing user experiences? Do you love digging into data, running experiments, and making impactful changes that drive real results? If so, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do Lead, manage and collaborate on end-to-end CRO projects, from research and ideation to execution and analysis. Work closely with design, development, and business teams to implement data-driven CRO strategies. Conduct in-depth UX research and data analysis to inform CRO decisions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and behaviors of our users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize CRO opportunities. Design and execute A/B tests and other CRO experiments to measure the impact of design changes on user behavior. Analyze and interpret results, and make data-driven recommendations to improve user experiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends, best practices, and tools. What We’re Looking For A CRO Specialist with a strong background in data analysis, experimentation, and optimization. Experience with CRO tools and platforms, such as Optimizely, VWO, or Unbounce. Strong understanding of UX principles and human-centered design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
