As a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d), you're responsible for optimizing funnels and conversion rates.
You have the chance to start as a freelancer or in-house.

Tasks
- Conducting Conversion-Rate-Optimizations
- Optimizing Funnels
- Giving feedback to Copywriting and customer-created pages
- Analyzing data dashboards and user behavior
- Writing weekly updates
Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or CRO consulting
- Experience with Full Funnel and Direct Response Copywriting
- Expertise in E-commerce
- Fundamental knowledge in planning and evaluating A/B tests
- Ability to analyze and explain funnels
