As a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d), you're responsible for optimizing funnels and conversion rates.

You have the chance to start as a freelancer or in-house.

Tasks

• Conducting Conversion-Rate-Optimizations
• Optimizing Funnels
• Giving feedback to Copywriting and customer-created pages
• Analyzing data dashboards and user behavior
• Writing weekly updates

Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or CRO consulting
• Experience with Full Funnel and Direct Response Copywriting
• Expertise in E-commerce
• Fundamental knowledge in planning and evaluating A/B tests
• Ability to analyze and explain funnels
